May Nepali Thali: An All You Can Eat Experience

Join us for Nepali Thali at Comfort Kitchen, a special all you can eat dining experience celebrating the vibrant flavors and traditions of Nepal! For one evening, our kitchen will serve a revitalized Thali menu curated by Chef Sasha, guided by the authentic recipes and cooking traditions of Ama, Biplaw's Mother.

On Tuesday, May 26th, we welcome it back to the table. For us, Ama’s cooking is the heart of this experience.

Her recipes carry the depth, patience, and authenticity that make Nepali food so special, and we feel honored to help share them with our beautiful city of Boston. The dishes you will taste come from the recipes she has carried and refined over many years, meals that have been shared within family and community long before they ever reached our kitchen. In Nepali culture, a Thali is more than a meal. It is a complete expression of hospitality and balance. Each tray brings together a variety of small dishes meant to be enjoyed together, creating harmony between six essential flavors: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, spicy, and astringent. As tradition calls for, our Nepali Thali is served all you can eat. It is a meal meant to be abundant, communal, and enjoyed at your own pace.
