Celebrating Dashain and Tihar | October Nepali Thali with Guest Bartender - Altamash Gaziyani
On Tuesday, October 27, we’re welcoming Nepali Thali back to the table for a special all-you-can-eat evening, celebrating the flavors and traditions of Nepal.
A Thali brings a variety of small dishes together on one tray, balancing flavors in a generous expression of Nepali hospitality. We are celebrating Dashain and Tihar, two of the biggest festivals in Nepal and our menu will reflect delicacies from those holidays like Sel Roti, rice flour fry bread.
Our Menu:
Sel Roti | rice flour fry bread’
Pulau | rice
Kukhura Ko Masu | chicken curry
Aloo Dum | spicy potato curry
Aloo Kerau Achaar | potato green pea aachar
Musur Ko Daal | yellow split pea soup
Sikarni | saffron yogurt dessert
We’re honored to share those traditions with our Boston community, with guest bartender Altamash Gaziyani joining us for the evening.
