    • Menu: both patios offer the FULL dinner & beverage menu (same as indoors). 

    • Patio Reservations are weather-dependent and may be cancelled due to inclement weather. We cannot guarantee a table indoors in the case of a patio cancellation.

    • If weather conditions are severe, such as temperatures below 40 degrees, high winds, and heavy rain or snow, all reservations we are unable to accommodate in the dining room will be canceled.

    • Our patios are mostly uncovered and exposed to the elements, and each has 1 propane heater.

    • We welcome a small number of walk-ins on the patio on a first come, first served basis (wait time not guaranteed).

    • Only service dogs are allowed.

    • Dining time: your table will be reserved for 1 hr 30 mins for parties of 1-5 guests and 2 hrs for parties of 6+ guests. Please be mindful of your dining time with us. We do our best to accommodate all guests in a timely manner.

    • Walk-ins: Although dinner reservations are required, we welcome a small number of walk-ins at our full-service bar with 6 stools and on our patios (weather-dependent), available on a first-come, first-served basis (wait time not guaranteed).

    • All reservations and modifications (cancellation, rescheduling, adding/removing a person) must be done by guests through Open Table.

    • An automatic 5% kitchen appreciation fee will be added to the total of the bill before tax. This will directly benefit and be split among the kitchen staff only.

    • An automatic 20% gratuity will be added for parties of 6 or more to the total of the bill before tax.

    • Parties will be seated once the first guest arrives. Dining time cannot be extended for guests arriving late in your party.

    • A reminder email and text will be sent 24 hrs and then 2 hrs prior to your reservation.

    • A cutting fee of $5 per person will be added for all outside cakes or desserts.

    • A corkage fee of $25 will be added for wines not purchased at the restaurant.

    • Please inform your server if anyone in your party has allergies or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate, but recommend reviewing the menu prior to arrival: comfortkitchenbos.com/menu

    • For the safety and comfort of our staff and guests, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

    • Large party reservations: we can accommodate parties of up to 8 guests indoors and up to 10 guests on the outdoor patio (weather dependent)

    • Parties over 8 guests: please email us to reserve info @ comfortkitchenbos.com

    • Parties over 10 guests: require a full buy-out. Please email us at info @ comfortkitchenbos.com – Our team will follow up within 2-3 business days.

    • Our policy requires at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation prior to your reservation to avoid incurring a fee. Cancellations can be made through OpenTable up until 5pm the day before your reservation.

    • However, you can bypass the app limit by directly messaging us through OpenTable (24-hour timeframe still applies!) Please be mindful that we cannot guarantee cancellations through phone calls, as we may not be in service or able to answer your call.

  • If you’re running late, please call us at (617) 329-6910. We hold the table up to 15 minutes past the reservation time. After the 15-minute hold, we'll do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee your table will be available.
