Did you know?

Long before smoked salmon became the culinary favorite we know today, Indigenous communities in the Pacific Northwest used salting and smoking techniques to preserve fish and keep it safe for long-term storage.

Over time, these methods spread across the world, honoring traditional practices while inspiring new variations that transformed smoked fish from a method of preservation into a celebrated dining experience.

Highnote

Enjoy an intimate performance by Boston-based singer-songwriter Lisa Bello, recipient of both Female Vocalist of the Year and R&B Vocalist of the Year at the Boston Music Awards. Lisa will perform a mix of original music and specially selected renditions from atop Allston’s premier rooftop terrace and cocktail lounge.

The experience includes a curated chef’s tasting plate featuring three special bites, with an à la carte cocktail menu available throughout the evening.

Reservations begin at 6:30 PM, and the performance starts at 8:00 PM. Doors will close once the show begins to create an intimate listening experience. Following the performance, guests are invited to continue their evening at Foxglove Terrace.
